Yes, you need to be the age of majority for the country you live in to buy products from this store or visit any part of the website.

Is there a physical store I can visit to buy your products?
At this time, our store is 100% run online, which keeps our overhead costs down, and therefore, makes our products more affordable for customers like you!
Is it normal for adult toys to contain a smell?
Several products we sell are made from TPR, jelly, latex and rubber blends that might contain a strong scent, which comes about from the manufacturing processes and materials used. When a product is first opened, it goes through a process known as βoutgassing,β which can be likened to a βnew car smell,β which goes away naturally after a brief period of time.
In the event that a smell remains, you can reduce or get rid of it by scrubbing safe parts of the toy with soap and water, or a toy cleaner.
When can I expect my toy to arrive?
All orders are processed within one business day before being shipped out shortly afterward. American customers can expect their packages to arrive within 3 to 5 business days, on average, while other countries vary depending on the destination. All packages can be tracked via a tracking number that it is emailed to customers shortly after they are shipped out.
How much are shipping costs?
American customers receive free shipping on all orders over $50 USD. Orders under $50 USD for Americans ranges between $5 and $15, on average. International shipping costs vary depending on the destination.
Will anyone know whatβs in the package?
No. Each package sent from our warehouse is unmarked. You will not find our logo or any obscene content on the box that contains your order.
What is your return policy?
You can read our return policy in full here, but the short version is that we offer exchanges for unopened products only. For hygienic purposes, we cannot accept returns on items previously used.
What if I receive a defective product?
Please reach out to our customer support team here. We will do our best to assist you by first troubleshooting the issue. We may ask you to return the item or send a video of it. A replacement will be sent if your item is proven to be defective.
